What truly matters on the ballot?

In three weeks, Americans go to the polls for what are called the midterm elections. Many people are simply focused on who is running for the United States House or Senate, a few governors’ races, and that’s about it. But what is “down ballot?” Who is running in your county, village, city, or town? Is there a school board election? Who are those candidates, or do you not know? You need to, and Bob explains why the down-ballot candidates may be just as important, if not more, than the top of the ballot.
